I have installed fail2ban and that has reduced the load. We are now suffering
from a new problem. Trusty old server only has 1GB of RAM. When it starts
swapping if slow down. At least this time I was able to ssh in.
This is just to let you know.
I have yet to find out why this happens (more users in the public PG database
?, new TWiki version ?)
