we have a winner!

repro instructions:

* wget http://lkcl.net/lovely-jsonrpc.tgz
* tar ....
* cd lovely-jsonrpc
* python setup.py install

* git clone git://pyjs.org/git/multitaskhttpd.git
* cd multitaskhttpd
* python proxyapp.py &

* wget http://lkcl.net/gnumed/0003-hooray-works.patch
* cd gnumed git tree
* git-am apply 0003....
* cd gnumed/client
* ./gm-from-cvs.sh --ui=pxweb &

* cd ProxiedWeb
* python testjsonrpc.py

watch the two simultaneous connections _not_ interfere with each other....
aw DRAT, i just added a third proxy connection, tried to get it to fail, and
it doesn't!

there's something fishy going on, here.
