ok, fourth patch, i _finally_ have it working, i promise, with the exception
of lynx http://127.0.0.1:8080 will hang indefinitely, but wget works (it's
to do with not being able to run shutdown on the socket).

then git pull on multitaskhttpd.

same running instructions as before.
