AMIS will give you the data and the schema (only). In fact, they do not
even have a frontend (to my knowledge). The licensing costs are fairly
reasonable. They are closely associated with the German FDA and thus
provide a dataset containing all the drugs but limited in scope (not
sure whether they even include interactions etc). They do not provide
licensing for individual users but only in batches as Sebastian said.

So, while technically AMIS is the only viable FreeDiams candidate, using
it would need some entity to pre-license batches and proxy licenses to
FreeDiams users.
