My dictionary translates surname to "family name".

However, it doesn't matter in the least whether surname is
first or last. No matter what you give for --patientsurname
it is NOT displayed in the FreeDiams window.

That works which means the documentation on the website is wrong.

Because the above is just a fix to existing GNUmed
functionality while implementing the XML mechanism is a new
feature which will not happen for 0.8.
