I found out that it is when I choose the format "xml". In
that case, however, the encoded XML containing the FreeDiams
internal prescription data is not included which makes
GNUmed unable to store that and pass it back next time
around. It seems the format "html_xml" is intended to
contain both - but it doesn't ;-)

(this is FreeDiams 0.4.2 on Debian)
