What is it you would like to achieve ? If you are talking about patient data
exchange it depends on if you want to go which way you want to import/export.
Various export and import formats exist for GNUmed.
If you mean something different you need to specify what you have in mind.
openMRS is done in JAVA and GNUmed is done in Python. there is no sane way to
integrate them in the technical sense.
