[Gnumed-devel] GNUmed <-> FreeDiams

I have just updated my public Git tree with code that now
allows passing name/dob/gender to FreeDiams again. It will
also read back the selection of drugs made in FreeDiams and
import those into GNUmed (as drugs and substances). This can
be witnessed from

        Master Data -> Manage Lists -> Consumable substances -> Import

        Master Data -> Manage Lists -> Branded drugs -> Import

It is not yet used for filling in the current medication
list of a patient which I plan to tackle next.

Note that editing substance intakes doesn't work right yet.
Editing branded drugs doesn't work yet, either. Everything
else should be up to speed with the much improved medication
handling schema layout.

Note that testing this will require a newly created gnumed_v15.
