It just occured to me that the instructions are incomplete. You need to install nullsoft installer and apply a patch (one time) as well as install two optional modules before http://wiki.gnumed.de/bin/view/Gnumed/GNUmedNSIS will work. I am reworking http://wiki.gnumed.de/bin/view/Gnumed/GNUmedNSIS but in the mean time you can try to compile the nsi files and report any (expected errors).Once you have solved those creating a new exe is a speedy thing.
