Works for me:

        - show waiting list
        - mark entry
        - hit [Activieren²]
        - patient from entry is activated
        - client switches to EMR tree plugin
        - manually going back to waiting list does not show the entry anymore

Works just fine for m.

If it is reproducible please provide exact description how to.

It just may be related to your database not properly sending
signals to the client.
