Nope. There's no Carbon/Cocoa build of wxPython that I know of.

There's a bunch of things that can be activated from within wxPython
to make it adjust better to what Mac apps typically look like.

If you google those and send them to me I'd be happy to look into
making GNUmed activate those things.
