You don't need to "Ignore database language mismatch".
Better actually let GNUmed set it to "es_ES". This will
enable you to see Spanish labels for things like encounter
types, document types, etc (if there are translations for
them in the database - if there aren't you can add them from
the GUI - and please contribute them so they get included
for others).
