Here's a screenshot of how (part of) coding may/will work.
Note that within in the "Codes:" phrasewheels you can select
any number of codes from any number of coding systems by
code or by coded term.
They will display the code and the tooltip will have the
details, as usual.
It's not particularly useful to code the soaP with an ATC
for metoprolole, but, oh well. At least I added something
appropriate into the Plan field itself :)
Do you think the problem (episode/issue) .summary column
("Zusammenfassung zum Problem" at the bottom) should allow
attaching codes, too ?
I think coding for every part of the SOAP is a bit too much ?
Can it be left to the dbo to permit or not codes in each of these instances?
For example: In Brasil it would be REALLY nice to have the code in the soAP fields only (and even there I would let A be a ICD and the P a coded procedure system)
On the other hand if I could take them ALL out of the SOAP and leave them only on the summary column it would be even better.
Then I could get reports that show only the ICD and procedure codes by simply getting the summary field (which would be now renamed to "Codes" in my mind)
