Now that we can enter and edit codes on at least the episode
level we need to think about where you want to see codes:
EMR tree:
1) Tooltip of the episode ?
2) Synopsis view of the episode ?
3) As pseudo-soAp in the journal view at the episode level ?
4) Listed with each episode in the synopsis view at the health issue level ?
5) As pseudo-soAp in the journal view at the health issue level ?
Will think of this with some more care ...
EMR Journal:
Within the pseudo-soAp row of each episode ?
As pseudo-soAp by itself ?
As a pseudo soAp by itself ... seems easier to see and search for in the future.
