No. Downloading any of server.v15.6/server.v15.5 will
provide you with the very same gnumed_v15 when going from

        v14 -> v15

In case we need to release 0.9.7/v15.7 this may or may not
contain database fixups.

Regardless, going from v15.x to v16.0 once that is release
will (re-)apply all v15 fixes anyway (should there be any)
before upgrading to v16.
