Yes, that was next on my TODO :-)

I also intended to display FHx items under each health
issue/episode filtered by their fk_episode.

This can, if the user chose to fill that in, filter FHx
items to the ones "relevant" to the displayed issue/episode.

Under encounters we will show those FHx items which were
entered during that encounter (for the fk_episode of the
thread).
