[Gnumed-devel] GNUmed status 0.9.6 going forward

Just a checkpoint.

Will the next release be named 1.0 and will it bring

- family history handling
- code-attachment to clinical narrative rows, episodes and health issues
- ability to delete & maybe rename external id types in the GNUmed GUI

What are the next improvements which would make GNUmed more useful? I am 
thinking

- import HL7 lab results

        --> awaiting (hopefully) offlist agreement whether my proposal will 
satisfy

- add "Web of care" tab in demographics in which to

        relocate in-praxis primary
        add support to designate an in-praxis "covering" clinician
                and dates away of the in-praxis primary
        (I would regard this to apply to all patients of in-praxis primary
                however in some praxis the load might get split)

        add the ability to designate the orgs

                pharmacies
                labs
                radiology suites

                … where the patient gets medications or testing, and

        add support to designate the out-of-praxis providers

                specialists
                physiotherapists
                other general practitioners
                        (say the patient lives in 2 places)

- add more levels of users (staff, billers, nurses) and define their access 
rights

- develop a mass-export tool

        scenario
        - patient moving to another praxis
        - doctor leaving a GNUmed praxis

        solution
        - ?PDF (or other equivalent) of "photocopy of entire chart"

        … everything anybody could ever need to know about 1 patient
        … ability to run this as a script, for all patients
