OK, fine. "Works for me" often serves as a nudge for people
reporting a problem to try again - with surprising rates of
success of second attempts. Now, when you say it doesn't
work for you I pretty much believe that (despite that
skilled operators, and even computer systems, have "bad
days").

Which then means I'd have to see a log such that we may
start gathering data points as to why it fails for you.

Does it fail for you locally or against the public database
or both ?
