This does not show that the episode name is show multiple
times with each encounter as far as I can see ?

(AFAICT it can't because the episode/issue pseudo-soAp row 
 is shown only once within the encounter at which it was
 created.)

It does not display the assignment. It displays the episode
metadata itself.

As we don't specifically capture that we can't display it.

Not anymore as in that anyone might have put anyone into the
potential field "clin.encounter.seen_by" (even disregarding
the fact that this field would need to be list).
