Yes,

The outlines of the anterior views (male, female) were black and are now flesh 
tone.

The female silhouette had been quite dark, and has been lightened to roughly 
match the male's… this is, by the way, not a "racial thing" but rather to make 
any clinical annotations that would be made onto these images easier to 
visually identify.
