[Gnumed-devel] Problem postal code (zip) not null

Sometimes for a patient we have an address except we do not have the postal 
code.

Looks like the current schema (as reached via the client 0.9.9) cannot accept a 
null postal code.

I wonder if it is a dependency on dem.urb

Can we lose the dependency that each address must always have a postal code? 
What if a patient lives in an location which, in spite of being describable, 
was "off the grid" and had no postal code?
