also -- in line 352:

can we make the

        'S/P

into

        'S/O

because in the case where the vaccination had

(a) had its administration documented from trusted outside records, or
(b) been injected within the praxis (and documented in a GNUmed soaP row)

the attribute or quality of the information as printed is "objective" 

??
