I renamed that [Browse], added deleting addresses to the
addresses browser, and made the org manager ask whether to
assign the selected address - if any - upon returning from
browsing.

For this very reason there's no such button for the time
being (only add and delete, the former of which only works
from within people or orgs, and the latter of which only
deletes if not in use).
