Sort of, indirectly, which is what GNUmed already does.

If you sort by "episode" (that is, "indication") it will -
for this patient - sort the Amytriptilin under "pain control"
rather than "depression" if it were thusly linked.
The ATC sort is a poor "at least something" substitute for
EMRs not being able to tell what a medication is given for.
