If the argument is
well, it is clinically useful / justifiable to know / require this
attribute information for all vaccines inventoried in GNUmed
then we should not allow vaccines without an attestation of whether they
contain egg products, or medications containing gluten or tartrazine (or
whether they are P450 or renally excreted etc).
