Presently, it is possible (in the Write letter function) for the template to 
prompt

        a selection of one or more health issues

        a selection of one or more encounters

to be included in a letter / report PDF. It is also possible to prompt for free 
text.

Just wondering… what modifications or enhancement / new development would be 
needed to enable a prescription might need:

- the ability to select from among the list of current medications (including 
discontinued but not deleted medications)

- the ability to enter a free-text comment which would be associated with each 
medication

At minimum, improved labelling might be needed because the template cannot know 
in advance which drugs will be selected and therefore cannot pre-populate the 
free text entry widgets with a label identifying the drug about which the free 
text (to the pharmacist) is being entered.
