Free text is often the most interesting and useful _qualifier_ of a termcode.
The rubric - 120 character string giving the human version of the
code's meaning - is most useful to those reading the notes, and is a
good thing to search to find the code, as well as a short termkey.

The code is computable, that is its only function and proper use.
