Interesting:

1. The upgrade v15--> v16 required about 30 minutes (may be worth knowing).

2. Trying to run a tex template which Karsten had sent me now generates an 
unhandled exception

        (do you want the log?)

*but* something in this v15 --> v16 upgrade or rc6 client has so far seemed to 
solve my placeholder problem wherein I had been unable to print phone numbers.

Hope that remains true when the official release comes out !
