The US Veterans' Administration's

        VistA CPRS

has a cover page / screen depicted here:

I am not sure whether the buttons along the bottom represent "Print" buttons, 
or whether they are 'tabs' to quickly bring into view different aspects of the 
patient. I have the feeling that some of them are rather like GNUmed's 
plug-ins, evoking a variety of views of information and the ability to interact.

Others appear like they may be filters (Consults, D/C Summ) which gives me the 
idea that maybe in the GNUmed Documents plug-in it would be good to have a 
filter (like what we have in Waitlists) except in Documents the filter would be 
on the document type.
