[Gnumed-devel] upgrade database v15 to v16

I had this in the chat today.

Maybe too little information but I think I have seen that happening when trying to use gm-upgrade from git

I am not sure if it has something to do with being root or not. In the end I used upgrade_db.sh instead (as root I believe) and it worked.

when I try to upgrade the server using sh upgrade-db.sh 15 16 I get the error:
