Can the automatic

        Mr

(etc) be removed from the dialog below? I suggest that sure, if a title has been manually inputted, use it, otherwise it is simpler to leave off the auto-assignment.

Also, if you *are* going to include a title, the sequence (format) should be


        Surname, Title Firstnames 'Nicknames'

or


        Title Firstnames 'Nicknames' Surname

not


        Title Surnames …
