[Gnumed-devel] New patient creation widget (time of birth) tweak

Can the

        Time of birth

field be omitted from the tab order, such that it is skipped when inputting new 
patient information, while remaining available if the user should desire to set 
focus with a mouse clinic?

This request makes the assumption that most family practice would not input 
time of birth (even if they had it available which I might imagine is uncommon 
yet would still remain possible with the above implementation).
