So maybe with respect to the Notes plugin and the variant offered to users, 
GNUmed could invoke any of three WxGlade png panels

- in the case of staff, a panel containing a single field

                Notes

which, if it needs an episode, will be unable to be picked from a listing since 
maybe the desk staff should not be having access to the episode (or problem 
list) names which is why -- if these staff were granted the Notes plugin, would 
need to remove or null out the left-sided problem/episode list and display of 
previous notes (or just the soap_cat = NULL narrative).


- in the case of clinicians, a choice of Uncategorized notes panel or SOAP 
notes panel.
