Not from my side.

No, because we do not create the Debian and/or Ubuntu
package(s). The tarball comes with the public DB being the
default.

GNUmed main login screen

Welcome to the GNUmed client. Shown are the current
"Workplace" (and version).

You may select to log into a public database with
username and password {any-doc, any-doc}. Any other
(including local) database must first be separately
installed before you can log in.
