They are the same except at the end, where the server description has one 
additional paragraph which says


        Note: The package does currently _NOT_ build the GNUmed database but 
just installs the needed SQL files.  Please see README.Debian.



so I could provide a patch that would provide, for the *client* package 
description, the additional paragraph:


        Note: The package will enable to connect to the existing, remote public 
database (use any-doc as the userid and password). To connect to your own local 
or networked database, first have someone install the additional package 
'gnumed-server' and follow the documented additional steps.
