Now, I have reviewed the git log for the provider inbox code
AND the view back to v14/2006 and it was never purposely
sorted by patient name.

In fact, the message inbox view in the backend doesn't even
have a COLUMN for patient name on which it COULD sort ?!

I am sure we must be talking past each other here in some way.
