Ah, I had lost track of that! However there may be a bug, in that while a new 
problem (saved under an old encounter) will show up in both the EMR tree (right 
pane) and also in the Journal, progress notes which get saved under the old 
encounter show up only in the EMR tree (right pane) but they do not show up in 
the EMR Journal.

In the example, I entered into a new notelet "test" and did "Save under" an old 
encounter and when prompted for a name I inputted

        retroactive note for earlier encounter new problem

and this does get shown in the Journal as

        A | Episode (open): retroactive note for earlier encounter new pr; | | 
| | (2012-04-03 12:39)

but the 'S' that had been inputted ('test') does not show. I then inputted some 
text into a notelet under an existing problem "abdominal lap" and saved under 
the current encounter. The result is:
