[Gnumed-devel] patient overview

Related to what Vaibhat recently reported (lots of
components needing lots of space) I slightly modified the
patient overview.

When adding a Vit C multi-complex I noted the patient
overview medication panel getting rather crowded. Hence that
will now show medications by brand - unless they are
substance-only - and the tooltip will give complete
information.
