[Gnumed-devel] Medication brand (multisubstance) needs to support Delete all

Presently it seems there is no way to tell GNUmed to delete the entirety of a 
branded drug (i.e. the Brand including all its substances).

Presently even if you display by Brand and select the first substance, and 
delete it, the rest of the substances remain and they lose their attachment to 
the Brand.

In practice, it is possible that this can be the intent, for example when one 
desires to cut back a patient's medication from a combination drug to (simply) 
one of the substances. However, on other occasions one wants to discontinue all 
elements of the Brand.

Can GNUmed please check whether a substance was prescribed as part of a Brand, 
and when the user asks to delete an item request the user to decide whether to 
delete

        the Branded drug including all components

or delete

        just the selected component (and nullifying the Brand)
