Communicating something like an advance directive (if not the detail, then the
existence of the kind) is arguably important or at least possibly important
between treating doctors in different praxi.
The thing about visual tags is that they are of no use outside of GNUmed i.e.
there is not at present any placeholder by means of which to communicate them
in a report, but maybe certain of the tags would be worth to filter into a
template, something like
tag::tagname
which could allow the user the option to substitute (in the template) a
preferred name for the tag and also the option for the comment to be included.
