[Gnumed-devel] Medications difficulty

For those who do not have readymade database for tradenames, dealing with 
medications is extremely difficult especially in initial few days to month as 
they have to keep adding trade names and dosage every time dealing with the 
patients in OPD. This not only disturbs thinking process but also increase OPD 
time. This can be eased by allowing addition of substance through child gui in 
trade name gui or allowing a free text with warnings pop up if you think it is 
necessary.
