This prompts a clarification of what we want to think of a drug data source. It
includes such considerations as:

- a list of what is (legally) available within the country
- a list or cross-index, by disease, for what may be recommended for the
condition (indications)
- a list or cross-index, by payer of whether it is "covered", or direct cost to
patient

the final outcome of any selection above being potentially returnable to (and
recorded in) GNUmed as items to be added to the "Medication list".

It is just that a drug data source, even when configured, may not necessarily
be the method of generating the prescription. So maybe we do not need to create
a fake source

        User-defined prescription

if we make it possible for the prescribing to be separately generated.

Maybe it does raise the question of the "Rx" button in the Medications plugin,
and what this button should "do". ??
