[Gnumed-devel] keyword expansion

I have now implemented a text control mixin which supports
keyword based text expansions. We already had that inside
the SOAP fields but this mixin can now be applied to *any*
wx.TextCtrl instance anywhere in GNUmed thereby adding the
very same keyword macros to any text field pervasively.

In case the user activates a multi-line macros inside a
single-line text field GNUmed will ask which line of the
macro to actually insert into the text field.

Please suggest a few text controls you would like to see
enhanced by this mixin.
