GNUmed will now (GIT HEAD / 1.3) substitute placeholders
within form templates (LaTeX / XeLaTeX ones, that is)
recursively up to three times.
That means one can define a keyword based text snippet (say
"current-patient-demographics") containing form template
placeholders (say $<lastnames>$) and use that snippet with
the $<text_snippet::....>$ placeholder and have GNUmed first
insert the text snippet and then recurse *into* the snippet
and replace placeholders contained within.
For sanity's sake this will only do 3 recursive runs.
