This contextual menu

        Create progress note

looks really good. Supposing the Notes tab already had open two notelets, and 
the patient talks about a problem in the EMR tree which does not appear in the 
Notes left pane because it was not an active problem.

Will selecting this new submenu

1) cause a 3rd notelet to be raised in the Notes pane
2) auto-bring Notes plugin into focus
3) auto-reveal the Health issue among those in the Notes' left pain

        (would the Health issue automatically become 'active')
