[Gnumed-devel] mailing documents/parts thereof from within GNUmed

For what it's worth, I have been using the attached script
(in ~/bin/ which is in my PATH) with good results for
mailing out documents to people from within GNUmed directly.

It'll need tweaking for your site but gives a good idea of
how to go about this.
