I was just wondering whether getting a huge database in gnumed is worth the 
effort.  As no pharmacy in India is likely to keep these many brands . 
Other preferable approach would be to create a pluggin which allows pharmacy 
management (iternary management '? ), which allows creation of drug database 
available in the pharmacy and the quantity which is available. 
As far as I know, openemr takes this approach.

Till we decide, I would continue to work on the available excel sheet .
