You need to let us know what exactly did you try in what order.

We can assume but not safely know that you tried to run some sql script (which ?)

How did you run it ? What operating system ? Which GNUmed-server version ? Which postgresql version.

 

In other words describe the steps that led to the error message you have encountered.
