The attached shows:

- warning on lastname + dob
- warning on lastname + first initial + dob
- no warning on lastname + dob but NOT first initial

- count of dupes, whereby it will say

        11034 persons "Lu, ? (3.3.1975)" already exist !

  but one can safely know to ignore that (or add a first
  initial, after which there will be a lot fewer Chinese)
