Ok, yes, I think I've already corrected that bug in beta2, while I was working 
on the LSM conference and workshop, but packages are not yet published...

Did you correctly installed the freemedforms-freedata package?
What is the output of

        ls /usr/share/freemedforms/datapacks/app*/dr*/
